6th Grade Project

- Create a menu for 3 days it t must contain Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for each day (you may not repeat any meals, food items may be repeated a min. of two times but must be prepared differently). I want you to figure out which food group or groups each item falls into and about how many servings of each group for each meal and for each day. You must have a minimum of 6-11 servings of the Grains, 3-5 servings of the Vegetable group, 3-4 servings of the Fruit group, 2-3 servings of the Meat & Beans group,   4 servings of the Milk group and record the Fats, oils & sweets group each day. Put the Calcium consumed each day into milligrams you need at least 3900milligrams for the week.
