Each student is required to complete (2) two worksheets for two different activities. Reflection must be typed, double spaced, (no more than 1 sheet no less then half a sheet 12 point type) and include the following:

• Pick at least two of our Life Skills Standards (can be found on the P.E. web page), state the standards and write about how your group succeeded in accomplishing or attempting to accomplish those standards while doing your problem solving activity.

• Write about why you thought your group was successful or unsuccessful and what you would do differently next time.
• Describe what role you played in your groups accomplishment(s)

(ex. leader, participant, non- participant, disrupter).

• Last, state why you chose to write about this particular activity, if you like the Cooperative Activities Unit and any feelings you had while you were participating in the activity you chose to write about.
