A Vous Paris!

Introduction

Your own family will be visiting you during your exchange visit in Paris. Since there is no room for them to stay with your host family, you will need to make arrangements for them in 2 hotels (un hotel chic et un hotel a un prix moyen). You will also create an itinerary for your family to enjoy "les merveilles de Paris". Your family plans to stay 4 days in Paris, including their arrival and departure dates. They rely on your knowledge of France to make this trip special. Your family will be expecting to receive from you a complete and detailed information packet for their trip.

DIRECTIONS

  1. You have two identical packets. One is for a rough draft of your information. The other is for your final copy. During your days in the computer lab, you will work only on your rough copy, filling in the information.
  2. Your homework, each night, will be to use the information from the draft copy to fill out the final copy using complete French sentences.
  3. In the lab, you will work with a partner, and share a computer. You will be working on your draft copy only. Each person in the partnership will complete their own draft copy. Each person in the partnership may write the same information.
  4. There will be a special website on the Carusi Virtual Library with all the information you need for this report. Use only the online sources from this website to locate the information you need about Paris.
  5. If you take any additional notes, include them in this packet.
  6. Some worksheets require pictures. You may photocopy a picture from a book, print a picture from the Internet, or cut a picture from a magazine or newspaper. Later, you may glue the picture onto the final copy of your worksheet, or staple the printout to the final copy of the worksheet.
