Thanks for your email. I was able to have a brief,
preliminary conversation with Paul Green and Jim Gallagher about
your questions/concerns. We are working toward the ends that you
referenced, and need a few additional days to put together
information for the Board, since some aspects of the remedy may need
Board approval. Once that Mr. Green has completed his work, I will
be happy to update you on the next steps to be taken. In the
